Deb Andres, Family & Consumer Sciences agent, is offering food preservation classes later this summer where people can learn the newest processes and about programmable technology with home food preservation.
The dates of the classes are August 11, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., St. Anthony’s Fellowship Hall in Strong City; and August 22, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Council Grove First Baptist Church.
