Burnley Memorial Library in Cottonwood Falls will host a “SHELL-abration” from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Saturday, June 27, at the library, 401 N. Oak St.
The ocean-themed program will give participants an opportunity to learn about the oceans, check out books and take home shells. The event is designed as a summer activity for children and families.
The grand finale will coincide with the High School Alumni Parade, which will pass by the library. Parade participants are expected to throw candy to those attending the “SHELL-abration.”
