The Council Grove City Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, at City Hall, 205 N. Union St.
Following approval of the agenda, the council will consider a consent agenda that includes minutes from the previous meeting, appropriations totaling $107,300.52 and transfers of the HS-2 and G-5 lake houses.
The council will then hear public comments and requests concerning items not listed on the agenda.
Convention and Visitors Bureau Director Zoey Bond is scheduled to provide a department report. City Administrator Nick Jones will follow with reports concerning the city budget and city audit.
Under ordinances and resolutions, the council will consider Ordinance No. 2282 regarding food trucks and trailers.

The council also is scheduled to consider an appointed Board of Zoning Appeals and appointments to the Lake Committee Recommendations from the city administrator Nick Jones and council president Jason Booker regarding the appointment of a utility clerk. Employee retention raises also will be considered.
The council will discuss the city’s committees, followed by comments from members of the governing body.
