Farmers & Drovers Bank will host a Community Shred Day from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 11, at the bank, 201 W. Main St., Council Grove.
The event is intended to help area residents safely dispose of confidential paper documents and protect personal information. Accepted items include paper documents only, such as bank statements, tax records, old bills and receipts, and other confidential paper documents.
Items that will not be accepted include hard drives, CDs or DVDs, hard plastics, electronic devices and batteries.
