On June 24, a Deputy stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of South Neosho Street, Council Grove, for a minor traffic infraction. A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle. Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and a large amount of US Currency were located in the vehicle and seized.
The following person was arrested in connection with this case: Herbert Herr, Georgia. Charges are: Possession with intent to distribute with 1000’ of a school zone; Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of Cocaine; Unlawful Possession of a prescription Drug; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp
