A new session of Tai Chi Arthritis and Fall Prevention will begin with the first session on Monday, July 13, at 1:50 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend the session at Council Grove Life Center’s aerobics room.
There is no charge for persons over 60 years of age. Donations are accepted to offset expenses of class materials, etc.
Tai Chi works through an exercise program that improves muscular strength, flexibility and fitness. It improves relaxation, balance and posture. Tai Chi movements empha- size the importance of weight transfer which helps balance and prevents falls.
