Friday, June 19th we’ll pass out a vacation word search before lunch, and Jene Burenheide will be taking blood pressures from 11 a.m. until noon. Thanks Jene. And don’t forget we’ll be playing BINGO after lunch! The first Day of Summer and Father’s Day are both on Sunday, June 21st. We’ll be remembering our dads before lunch on Monday, June 22nd, so be thinking of something you want to share about your dad! Monday is also Natl. Chocolate Éclair Day. Yum. Kathleen Lane will play the piano before lunch and Nancy Brock will play after lunch. Thank you ladies! Tuesday June 23rd is Natl. Ice Cream Soda Day. YUM! Wear pink to celebrate Natl. In the Pink Day as we’ll be taking pictures. We will also be celebrating Pink Flamingo Day. If you have anything with pink flamingos on it or little pink flamingo paraphernalia, wear it in or bring it in for pictures. Wednesday, June 24th is Natl. Kissing Day. We’ll have candy kisses for everyone that comes in and we’ll also have a kissing booth out for pictures and props! Be sure to thank your local farmer today, as it’s Natl. Farmer’s Day. We will also welcome the Wednesday Afternoon Bridge Club right after lunch. Thursday, June 25th is Natl. Sunglasses Day. Wear yours in and pose for the camera! We’ll have popcorn day in the center and Linda Koch will play her harp for us during and after lunch. Thanks, Linda! Friday, June 26th will kick-off Alumni weekend with a BBQ and Ice Cream at Swope Park. Wear RED & Black to show off some Bulldog pride! Jene Burenheide will be taking blood pressures from 11 a.m. until noon and we will play BINGO after lunch. Remember…your ticket to play is to eat lunch with us. So, get your name in the pot and come have some fun.
To make your reservations for dine in, carryout, or delivery, please call 620-273-8511 any time BEFORE 9:30 a.m., or better yet, get on our regular meal list. Then you will only have to let us know if you are NOT going to eat.
OUT-MEALS! Please remember that you can always get out-meals! Meals are available to pick up or can be delivered within our meal delivery area. FROZEN MEALS! Frozen meals are also available to pick up or can be delivered within our meal delivery area. The frozen meals are fully cooked meals that have been frozen. You simply thaw them out, put them on a microwave plate and heat to temperature, or heat to temp in a conventional oven. These are incredibly good, and you can pick the ones you like the best!
