Through Your Eyes

Council Grove Police Chief Shawn Wangerin captured the above photo of a full rainbow last week. He said it was storming slightly that Tuesday morning and the sun was rising. Wangerin said it reminded him that even though he had a long 12-hour day ahead of him, beauty could still shine through. It was inspiring.
